Our next walk will be on Saturday 2nd April at Hengistbury Head. A combination of country paths, stunning clifftop scenery and colourful beach huts.

Meet at 2pm outside The Hiker Cafe for a 5 mile circular walk.  Price as per usual - £8 or seniors £6.

This walk is open to all - walk at your own pace.

Please wear waterproof shoes/boots/trainers and warm clothing (layered clothing is best). Please also carry any regular medications such as inhalers and you may wish to carry a small rucksack/waistbag for drinks, snack, keys, mobile phone etc. Bring along an emergency contact number for my records which is valid FOR THAT DAY.

The walk will take place if we have showery rain, BUT NOT in torrential rain or similar very poor weather.  Please check before leaving if you are unsure. 07906 787569

Finally no need to 'Nordic', just come along for the fresh air and conversation, everyone is very welcome.
