The first step in learning to Nordic Walk is to book a one-to-one session (cost £35) at a time to suit you. During this hour of personal attention you will master all the techniques required to gain full benefits from the activity. In a very few cases it may be necessary to book two of these sessions; it is far more beneficial and the effects are longer lasting if you can learn and progress at a rate at which you are comfortable.

Once you have completed your 'Learn to Nordic Walk' personal session(s) you will be competent to Nordic Walk independently but may prefer to continue walking with a group.  Join one of our regular Nordic Walking sessions

As Nordic Walking is such a superb weight loss tool, our SlimNordic Walking sessions are designed especially with weight loss in mind and participants will receive advice on food, mindset, motivation and much more. However - you don't have to want to lose weight to enjoy these sessions! Come along to improve your fitness, enjoy the beautiful outdoors and make new friends.
